Elton would have been unbelievable to see in his prime. That is the greatest regret of my life, that I wasn't born soon enough to see and appreciate both him and Billy Joel sometime in the early 80s.

Do I need to post the nominations? I love popular music. What I don't love is manufactured, overhyped, plastic pop music, most of which, it seems, was nominated for an RMA last night.

Haha, that's great. I really love elton's music, and he's really great live, but he really seemed pissed off up there. I'll bet it had something to do with ashlee. I'm sure you all heard about the venom he spewed at madonna for not singing live.
