Got an e-mail from the BSO, November 10th at the Strathmore Hall outside Washington DC, November 11th and 12th at the Meyerhoff in Baltimore City.

I called the New York Pops just to see if they were scheduled to play with him, and they said nothing yet. The lady didn't know if they would or not.

I'm Caulfields in relation to a nineties half-hit wonder band that had two fantastical albums. One of my first musical loves as a teen.

Pretty good seats.

You might wonder, "Josh, you love to be in the front, why the hell are you going in the balcony?" My answer, so I can take in the whole experience and hear everything. Plus my friend wanted to be upstairs.

I thought about that after I bought my tickets.

Granted, I'm more than happy with front row near the center... but I'm wondering if it might be more enjoyable from the balcony being able to clearly see everything

Or it's, do I want to consider this a regular Ben Folds rock concert or a performance, and try to be able to hear every musical nuance (sp?). Being up front means you hear less overall sound, especially in a theater like that since you are sitting below the stage.

Don, what night are you going? I'm going on Saturday.

I've seen Ben 17 times now, and 14 of those were in one of the first 3 rows... and not to mention the Scranton incident... It's not like I'll be "missing out" on seeing Ben up close. I'm just debating on whether or not I'd like to get the whole picture for this one, since it's not exactly a normal show
