I nearly got run over by a car today while listening to "Fair".

It's probably the most I've enjoyed nearly getting run over in a long time, because I am a lover of irony. Any other examples of Ben related irony?

I used to hate the sun, because it shone on everything I'd done

I wish I had 6,468 posts.

Brick is about a pet rock that got ran over by a car.

A pizza delivery guy drove into the side of my car when I was driving and listening to "Theme From Dr. Pyser" like 6 years ago. I never bothered getting a police report - just sucked up the repair costs myself. Maybe it was because I was in a good mood after listening to BFF.

Oh fine it's not exactly irony. Maybe a better word would be coincedence, but since there's no damn edit function on this thing, you'll have to stick with the word irony.

hmm...

i once emailed ben and asked him to play the luckiest at the lottapianos tour with tori amos because i thought that would make my then wife remember how much she loved me.

but he didn't, she didn't, and we got divorced.

so i guess you could say i'm not "the luckiest"

now THAT'S irony....

I don't know if this counts, but here goes...

I got hit by a truck while listening to Weird Al's "Why does this always happen to me" which Ben played piano for. I was having a bad day in the first place and was singing along to it when a truck hit me. It seemed ironic to me...

I lost 3,000 at blackjack while listening to "The Luckiest."

I fell asleep to "Half Asleep."

I was on time while listening to "Late."

My dad was OK with me joining the Army.

I was above ground while listening to "Underground."

I'm making the War.

I cleaned my room while listening to "Mess."

I got pissed off while listening to SC&C

I could care less.

They mostly come at night...mostly.

I got engaged once- dates were set, announcements were ordered... and "The Luckiest" was going to be our song.

But then I found out some awful stuff and we ended up getting married... so "I don't get many things right the first time."

I guess this was more of a coincidence.
