Shrink Shirts...Can it Be Done on Purpose?

I have a Mount Gay Rum shirt that I have to wear for school today. The only size they gave out was XL.... is there any way to shrink a shirt on purpose? and shrink it Gooooood?

agh....i ask my mom to sew them. The only way I know is to wash it in warm water and throw it in the dryer. Hope that works for you!

hot water. but that only works if its 100% cotton and not preshrunk. but most shirts are preshrunk these days.
