does anyone know if there is any difference between the gamecube and the wii versions, in terms of content in the game? |
No content differences. The Wii version is 480p and widescreen, and has the new controls obviously. The Gamecube version is 480i (I think) and not widescreen. Also it allows for free camera control with the C-stick, like in Wind Waker, which the Wii does not. That's the extent of the differences. |
No content differences? Really? Huh. I'd imagine that the GameCube version is a little easier to play over a period of time, because let's face it: It kinda sucks to have to flick your wrist to attack. |
Yeah, it does. The flaw there, however, is not your arm getting tired - it's the fact that if you don't flick it hard enough, it doesn't register. I think they should have thought that through - it's the only wii interface bit that isn't awesome. |
That's disgusting. |
hahaha nice |
I'm getting the GC version ASAP. Like, later today. |
I'm getting it after I get paid in January. I want it now, but I'm broke as hell. |
I wouldn't be buying it if I was able to get the Wii anytime soon. |
Well, yeah. I just want it for collector's purposes, and to play through it using standard controls. |
i just got the master sword. |

You probably found the stone at death mountain, right? You gotta find the wolf, he's in a different place, they show you on the map, probably the one near the lake in the ordon village section |

I miss the Duck Hunt dog. He sure liked to duck hunt. |
That dog was bulletproof. |

it is kinda funny to me that everyone is real excited about the wii control like we havent had the light gun for 22 years |
It's not the same thing. |
hahah i know and that response was hilariously serious |
People usually say YOU CAN USE THE CONTROLLER AS A SWORD afaik. My new method of making jokes now is to never make them, by the way. |
