igwym about Butterfly Effect. And there are some crappy bands around at the moment. But there is some goodness amongst the rubbish, believe me. Did you ever get up to the Sunshine Coast at all? There's less to complain about there.

Powderfinger have some good songs, and they started off alright. But imo, Bernards voice makes me want to vomit these days, and his solo stuff especially so. They seem to get blander and blander, and yet they still become incredibly popular with each album, and have won way too many triple j hottest 100's.. i feel like i'm repeating myself here. Someone else complain about Powderfinger.

Totally agree. Internationalist is a great album. And there's some good tracks on Oddyssey No. 5. But they're not the most exceptional band around. Sound pretty good live though.
