It's gonna be 4 bucks a gallon here in a couple more weeks time... WTF. For the first time in my life I'm seriously considering where and when and how much I drive, just based on the price, it fucking sucks. Right now it's about $3.85 at the cheapest possible, and every couple days it creeps up. Gas is now actually a sizeable percentage of my paycheck. |
Yeah, i am up there with you on the bummed out. |
I live pretty close to where I work and my car gets good mileage so I'm not really sweating it. Ha, ha. |
i drive 30 minutes back and forth to work. it does suck. my car gets good mileage though. |

i live 8 blocks from where i work and have a bike, so things are pretty ace. however, my automobile is an '89 F150. i'm going to have to leave it in new orleans indefinitely when we leave in two months just 'cause of how much it would cost to bring it with us. sucks! |
i love bikes. i rented one in loas when i was travelling. |
new orleans is great for bikes. except my friend devin has been hit by a car twice in the past six weeks while out on his bike. but he's stupid about riding around cars, so it's his own fault. |
potato, i like you. |

yeah, the globe is mostly worse off than the US. except for a few spots like Iran, Venezuela and Nigeria, the states pay less. in places like the UK it's far worse. |
thanks, guy I don't know. |
the plain fact is that many americans can't get to work (in a reasonable amount of time) without driving |
