ill prefers a vehicle that runs on his own sense of self satisfaction. |
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah |
THE GOOSEMAN SPEAKS AND IT IS THE TRUTH |
I wasn't aware that a bike or public transport were run on self satisfaction. So I'm going to have to disagree with you on that truth thing. |
My Caliber gets mid to upper 30's on they highway and has a crapload more room. |
I would think a bike runs on self satisfaction (or snarkiness) and bananas |
That's pretty goddamn good. How is it so much higher than what's published for it? Usually the actually mileage numbers are lower than what's published, I think. |
bikes run on sunshine and free love, maan. |
US automakers are morons to keep pushing luxury lines and SUVs. |

My bike runs on enthusiasm and irritation. |

Because the U.S. was built around the car I think it's going to take a long time to curb our need to drive. It'll probably be cheaper and easier to go with nuclear power in the mean time. |
I actually think getting a safe nuclear power program going is a great idea, obvy there are some waste issues but I think they are not insurmountable. I consider myself an environmentalist so I guess I'm not supposed to be for that maybe, but I am. You're right, any form of energy production is going to have problems. I'm also a big fan of wind farms on land that can support them, and a lot people around here (Kansas) are worried about ruining the landscape and stuff with them. You have to make sacrifices somewhere if you want electricity at all, I think. It's not like we don't already have radio towers everywhere anyway. |
nuclear's more or less fine, it's just that some people treat it like a silver bullet, and there is no silver bullet. (xcept coors light but hwo drinks that shit) |
Wind towers are pretty. |
the hillsides over here are covered in them ill, i agree. It's my favorite part of the drive through the gorge. |

“It was good for me to be away from everything. I was away from the business, business relating to the break-up of the band. All of that stuff didn't affect me. I was so isolated.”
- Ben, on recording in Adelaide, not N.C.
