why is it, that these men, who understood all technical possibilities in their fields along with many variations thereof, who also figured out how to CREATE something new out of these fields were such idiots? how could they have faith? Is our society, deaf and dumb as it is, really arrogant enough to think that faith is for the weakminded???

My son ate a vegan blueberry muffin the other day and I thought of you. He didn't know it was vegan - they coffeeshop was out of regular blueberry muffins.

I know many people who grew up catholic who are still practicing catholics and find their faith important to them. I also know others who have left the church and became agnostic or athiest.

I'm not sure about this, and a quick search didn't turn up anything, but would the people ordering victims into the gas chambers actually be "scientists," generally speaking? i can't recall how the hierarchy breaks down for this. when I think of Nazi scientists I think more of, like, twin experiments and putting needles into people's eyes and shit.
