i would like some black keys tracks MNV. I'll give them a fair chance at least. I only have The Big Come Up, so give me something different.

also the vocal style reminds me of hendrix as much as the guitar playing.

probably their 4th album, Magic Potion. that's the stripped 2-piece Classic Rock (riff rock) album that I feel is hit or miss. Its still good, but not as musically interesting as their others.

the other stuff is a mixture of blues/psychadelic/rockabilly/soul/rock n roll

i dunno, its very hard to classify, because not every song is the same. which you could argue, because they're just two guys. i mean, how much can you do with two guys, but w/e

Hey, Willie, from a NOT-SO-FANATIC fan of TBK, I really didn't like them at all until attack and release.

i've got a bedazzler, so my outfits tight.

its ok its ok i'm just a weirdo, i dont have feelings. i've got a hump on my back and i'm a mongoloid or w/e

Rubber Factory is a good album. So is Thickfreakness. RF is my favorite tho. The Big Come Up is a good introduction, but they got heavier after that album.

gront, i'll get on that even though thats hard to do. i might throw in 2 music videos and a live performance on the youtube thread in a min

Ok, when I said 1979 was underrated, I meant when it first came out I thought it was crap.

But this version is awesome, just Billy and a guitar.
