that the original is better. i think T2 is far and away a better film than the original in every respect. T1 is laughable at times, extremely campy. if that's what you enjoy in a movie, then I can understand why you'd prefer it, but I don't. Sarah is a really awful character in the first movie.

Although I do love campy and laughable movies that's not why I like it, I think it's a much better action movie. I find T2 cringeworthy pretty much every time John Conner says or does anything and the thumb's up at the end is the cheezy cherry on top.

I cringe any time Kyle Reese says anything in T1, but I totally agree that the "father" moments in T2 are pretty awful.

The T-1000 is one of the best all time movie villains, imo.

i thought that the T-1000 was a great villain as well. but when you start throwing "best all time" around (even if u just say "one of"), somebody is always going to take exception. it's all everone's own imo anyway.

I finally got around to seeing T1 and T2 for the first time a few weeks ago. I don't know what took me so long! Great movies! I think I'll probably skip T3, though. I heard it was kind of crap.
