i think season 5 is better than season 4, but it never gets much better than season 2 and 3. even so, it's still better than most shows on TV so it's still definitely worth watching imo. i'd say keep watching. it depends on how much money it costs you, though. i wouldn't buy episodes from itunes, just rent the dvds.

yeah. it's still pretty hilarious at times. but it's cheaper here on itunes. i can get the whole season for 15 bucks, where as they sell the dvd's here as a two part season, so you pay 20 bucks for 4 Part 1, WAIT LIKE SIX MONTHS FOR PART 2 AND THEN PAY 20 BUCKS FOR THAT! I've never seen any other show do that!

wtf, they don't pull that shit over here. though there was a big split in the middle of season 4 due to the writer's strike, maybe that has something to do with it. i said "rent" not "buy" anyway.

haha, yeah. i don't rent, really. i buy. i own the first three seasons, and i'm a bit of a completist, so i'll have to buy the rest.

they started doing the split season release in season 3 though, so i don't think that's it. i think it just sells well down here so they'll try to milk us for it twice a year.

i'm really just watching it for Steve and Ed Helms nowadays. They're both still great on the show. Usually better than the show itself.

I thought it was okay. I just finished it. Michael opening his hallway window was cracking me up more than anything I think.

yeah some good stuff in there. SPOILER was stanley trashing michael's car at the end? seemed a little extreme, especially with michael looking out the window at it and not reacting at all.

SPOILER
agreed. unless this is the point where stnaley finally loses it. i was REALLY hoping they'd cut to footage of stanley in the club. it'l be interesting to see where this goes, and explains a lot about stanley's past relationships with women and his attitude towards them

it seems like something that's not going to come up again, seems like michael explained it all away pretty neatly at the end of the episode.

I thought it was hilarious. In fact, I'd say it's one of the top five worst Michael moments on the show's history. Total douche, beyond the point of "Oh that's just michael."

i particularly enjoyed andy's identity crisis.

the talking head portion where he was like "Almost makes you wonder if it's not a coincidence at all! Whoa!" was one of the funniest bits I've seen him do.

also, michael's plan to defuse the stanley rumor was actually pretty brilliant imo.

I'm at a beach cabana. Brad Pitt comes up and tries to kiss me. I would definitely resist at first, but if he was persistent, I would probably give in a little bit, depending on how persistent he was...

What is this, some sort of TV program? I remember Your Show of Shows quite fondly. I also remember Dylan's 1973 variety show, "Dylan," which I think was just film of Dylan working in a farm while songs from "Self-Portrait" played. Guest starred Ringo Starr. I give that special an A-.

I give this discussion a grade of RECYCLABLE.

weird, no posts about thursday's episode? I didn't think it was all that memorable. Still funny though. It seems like the first half of a longer story to me..

really? i liked it quite a bit. i like it when the episodes are actually office related, instead of having the group go hang out somewhere else besides the office. this was a good episode because it dealt with office-related topics, treated michaels buffoonery as believable, and showed jim with a bit of both ambition and compassion for michael.

good episode all around, i give it 4 drew stars out of 5.

we've got it in dubai
