I wonder how soon after its been released in CD form that it will be released on iTunes. I much perfer downloading since I dont listen to CD anymore. Everything i listen to is on my iPod.

The Japanese Sony site doesn't ship overseas. I provided three links, I've bought stuff from two of them and they're good.

There are no "CD" regions, and this disc isn't a LabelGate CD so it will work with everything except your toaster.

I'm new here so this has probably been posted, BUT ... I read on pitchforkmedia.com that "Super D" had been scrapped/shelved. Quote:

"This EP series was initially planned as a trilogy, but for whatever conspiratorial reasons you want to dream up (certainly not sales, as both have done rather well on Steve Jobs' idle finger to the record labels), the third part was recently scrapped."

The validity is somewhat questionable, as in the same article (review of the first two EPs), they state that Ben plays every instrument on the EPs, but I remember reading that John Painter, Jim Bogios and Lindsay Jamieson played on them as well. Pitchfork is more adept at indie-rock snobbery than fact-checking, I suppose. But it seems like they wouldn't publish something unless they had SOME reason to believe it was fact.

I know this is off topic a bit, but I guess Sony Japan would be really pissed if there will be no third EP. They already made <a href="http://www.sonymusic.co.jp/Music/International/Sp

I did some sleuthing and found out about the trifold packaging. If you buy the japanese release of Speed Graphic, you get the trifolds thing w/ Speed Graphic already in it. Got my copy here. There is a small booklet inside the package. It contains lyrics for all the songs on Speed Graphic in English and Japanese. It mentions the other two EPs and gives a track listing for Sunny 16, but when it comes to Super D it just says "now printing" and gives the release date.

According to Sony Music Entertainment (Japan) Inc., the Japanese release of Ben Folds' third 5-song EP, currently titled "SUPER d," has been postponed for some reason.
